Sign-ins and website accounts

Among other things, signing in to our website will allow you to:

  • Take part in our community
  • Check and update the contact details that we have for you, in My Account
  • Access member-only services and review your membership status, if you are a member of the National Autistic Society
  • Save time in our shop

The same email address and password will give you access to these services both on this site and on the linked community site.

Registered on our old site and community?

We launched a new website in August 2020. At the same time, we updated the look and feel of our community. If you previously had a sign-in for these sites, please choose Sign up now on the Sign-in or register page. Just use the same email address as before, and choose a new password. You will still have access, for example, to messages that you contributed previously in our community.

Email verification

When you create an account, you will receive a verification code from Microsoft, who are providing our sign-in system. Entering that code into the sign-in form will allow you to create your new password.

This verification procedure ensures that you have entered your email address correctly. It also helps to ensure that everyone participating in our community has given us a valid email address for identification.

Keep up to date with all the great things we're doing
