2a Court Road provides support to 15 people with learning disabilities who may display behaviours that challenge. The ladies and gentlemen vary in age and interests but are all supported in a person centred way to enable them to live the life they choose. The home is split into three houses, each home to five residents. We provide individual packages of support and essential lifestyle plans which ensure the person is at the centre of their care. The home has an Activities Coordinator who organises trips, events and activities to meet individual interests and hobbies. All staff at Court Road are experienced in supporting people with complex needs, especially those with autism and communication difficulties. We strive to provide a high standard of care, ensuring each resident leads a fulfilling and meaningful life
