Alderman Knight School is an area special school meeting the educational needs of children from across North Gloucestershire. Children can be referred by the local educational authority from this wide area. They admit children with learning, speech and language, medical, physical, sensory and emotional difficulties. Volunteers may be accepted to work with the pupils. Another facility offered by the school is food technology. Other disabilities catered for by the school are complex needs.
