A charitable company providing support, care, specialist services and accommodation for people with learning disabilities and /or mental health challenges. We are an outcomes-based organisation focussed on providing high quality, cost effective, person-centred services which deliver the right outcomes for service users enabling them to be in control of their own lives and achieve their individual hopes and aspirations. Services include support brokerage, residential care and supported living (including individual outreach services, flat schemes and shared supported houses. Levels of support range from 24 hour staffing to daily visits).
