Antur Waunfawr is a social enterprise providing employment and training opportunities for people with learning disabilities in their own community. The company currently runs from the following sites: Bryn Pistyll – a popular attraction for local people and tourists, which includes a nature park, gardens and nursery, museum, crafts and local products shop, cafe and children’s play area; Community Housing - helps adults with learning disabilities to live independently and provides training, 24 hour support, therapeutic opportunities and leisure activities including holidays; Commercial and Community Recycling - collection of paper, cartridges cans and confidential shredding service provided for local businesses and organisations; Warws Werdd (Green Warehouse Project) - includes a shop and showroom, workshop and meeting/training room and sells all kinds of hidden treasures at reasonable prices.
