ARCOS is a national charity which helps children and adults who have communication problems or eating (swallowing) difficulties. All ARCOS therapists are specialists in their own field and active members of their professional bodies. Services are provided at the ARCOS Resource, Therapy and Training Centre in Worcestershire and via a nationwide outreach service. ARCOS provides: Therapy i.e. Speech and Language therapy, Physiotherapy, Occupational therapy, specialist multi-disciplinary assessment and Facial Oral Tract Therapy (F.O.T.T.); Information, Advice and Counselling; Training courses for doctors, therapists, nurses, relatives and carers; Expert Witness assessment and reports; Equipment loan; Sapphire Wheelchair loan - The innovative award winning Sapphire seating system, developed by ARCOS.
