Ardsley House provides support for adults living with a primary learning disability diagnosis but who may also present complex conditions, have communication difficulties or present behaviours that challenge. Some individuals at Ardsley House may also have a range of other conditions such as epilepsy or Down's syndrome and our team is on hand to offer just the right level of support to each person. Our approach to support: We offer 24/7 specialist residential support, enabling us to empower and encourage individuals to develop the skills they need to live as independently as possible. Our team is passionate about achieving positive outcomes for all people living at Ardsley House, and we ensure that targets and milestones are outlined in each individual's Person Centred Plan which gives them something to work towards. Our service is supported by a quality assurance team whose aim is to empower individuals to take control of their lives and, where possible, work towards a level of independence which fits with their skills, confidence and aspirations.
