AS Active is a Social Enterprise that helps young people with high functioning autism (HFA) to take control of their lives and learn to earn a living through hard work, creativity and innovation. Using skills that they've developed themselves that will help them both survive and thrive in their communities. Our aim is to inspire young people to learn skills that will help them connect with the world, by building businesses around commercial products and services that people want and need. They can either run these businesses themselves, or as part of a team who share the common goals of making high quality products and services, backed by wanting nothing less than having an excellent customer service experience for all their customers..

Rosebird Community Hall and AS Active: We have been working closely with Rosebird Community Hall to offer South Warwickshire its full range of Autism Services. Including Active8s+, Thrive Tribe, Cooking Clubs, Art & Craft Workshops and Big Red Tent Events. New Cooking and 14 to 18 Clubs: We are excited to announce the launch of 2 new clubs. The Cooking Club, an 8 part course that is the 1st part of our Skills for Life Programme. It lets risk assessed students learn everything from the basics of food hygiene and food preparation, right through to help with designing and creating their own signature dish; The Thrive Tribe Club is our long awaited club for 14 to 18 year olds. This age group is particularly poorly served within the autism community, and this is something that AS Active have wanted to address for some time. Eventually we plan to make it available in all of the counties (Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire) in which we operate. .
