I offer autism specific counselling & Psychotherapy to adults, young people and children facing a range of difficulties and challenges in life. One of the main areas I work in is finding ways to manage anxiety on the autism spectrum.
Feeling overwhelmed and not knowing where to start can be a daunting place, come and sit with me in my warm, welcoming and private therapy room or online.
I have a diagnosis or Aspergers and adhd myself and I offer a specialist neurodiversity service working with Autism, Aspergers and ADHD.
