This is a diagnostic and assessment service for children in the Down and Lisburn districts. It offers multi-disciplinary assessment including: clinical psychology, paediatrics and speech and language therapists. There is post-diagnostic support and parent training events. The age range is 3-17 years - we do not see children before age of 3 and if 18 or above it would be adult services - we are solely a diagnostic assessment clinic for children.
Assessment procedure: Half-day diagnostic evaluation with additional assessment and/or observation if required.
Follow up service: Post diagnostic support and parent training events.
Multi-disciplinary assessment: Multi-disciplinary assessment: 8 Clinical psychologists; 2 Paediatrians; 4 Speech and language therapists.

Age: From age 3 to 17
Aimed at: Adolescent , Child , Young person
Referral Sources: NHS Only
Covers: Antrim and Newtownabbey, Ards and North Down, Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon, Belfast, Lisburn and Castlereagh, Mid and East Antrim, Newry, Mourne and Down
