Type of service: Day services

Falcon view is a day service for adults who have a learning disability. We currently have 2 parts of the building designated to support adults who have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. We work alongside our health service professionals including SALT, psychologist and community nurses to provide an individually structured timetable that includes both onsite and community based activities. We offer an open door policy with parents but have a formal annual review of services. Staff have both departmental and individual service user training if needed.
