The service aims to support children and young people with disabilities and their families, within their own communities, by providing a range of short break services based on the assessed need of the individual child or young person. Offers the following services: short break care - overnight stays for the child or young person with family link carers; sitting service - in the child/young person's own home; activity service - sessional support workers who support children and young people in a range of activities/clubs/outings of the child or young person's choice; 'V-Linx' (Volunteer Links) Service - a befriending service enables young people with disabilities to access leisure opportunities in Pembrokeshire.
