Bath Opportunity Pre School provides a pre-school education for children with additional needs. We work in partnership with other services to offer therapeutic services such as speech & language therapy & music and movement. We have access to sensory and soft play rooms and a sensory garden. Early Support Home Learning is a 12 week individualised programme that supports families with a child of 3 years or under who has a developmental delay. The Home Tutor works with the parents/carers in their own home to design learning activities that help the child reach targeted goals and offers support to the families. Pre-arranged visits are made to the child’s home once a week for 1 hour when activities are modelled for parents to carry out with the child on a daily basis. The progress of the child is monitored and assessed ready for the next group of activities.
