Regard's aim is to provide the highest possible quality of support to the people who use our services. We will develop a package of care and support based on an individual's assessed needs. Our aim is for individuals to gain greater independence and support them to move on to from residential care to supported living in the community where possible. The longstanding staff team at Berkeley House is highly skilled in supporting service users with learning disabilities and challenging needs. Their consistent approach and expertise with implementation of behavioural support plans and total communication has proved most beneficial in stabilising behaviors and enhancing quality of service users lives.
