- Person centred planning Support with life and independence skills development through person centred active support
- Support to identify and maintain education placements and/or employment
- Support to identify and attend social and leisure activities
- Total Communication approach, including use of accessible and/or pictorial documentation throughout the service
- Up to 24 hour staffing Waking night staff Achievements CMG Award Winner 2009 - 'Outstanding Contribution to CMG' (awarded to Home Manager)
