This is a school for children with communication difficulties, complex learning difficulties and occasionally related challenging behaviour. Students may also have mild sensory difficulties. The school provides a 24 hour curriculum which is intensively supported by a multi-disciplinary team. These include speech and language therapists and occupational therapists. The school emphasises skills development and maximum independence. At 16 years students live off the main school site and access highly individual programmes developing functional life/leisure/social and vocational skills. We specialise in autism, communication disorders, moderate to severe learning difficulties and behavioural difficulties. Our Inter-Disciplinary approach means individual needs are met ensuring that students attain to the best of their ability.
