Fairmont Residential are a specialist provider of care for young adults ALL of whom have a primary diagnosis of autism and a profound or severe learning disability and who present with challenging behaviour. All of our staff are specialist trained and each service user has a care plan tailored to their individual needs.

Botts Farm Barn, Kinver is a short distance away from the large town of Stourbridge, in the Midlands, located between Kidderminster and Dudley. Kinver is within easy access of Stourbridge College which has very good further education courses for people with disabilities, working in partnership with the Side by Side Theatre Company. There are a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants close by and the surrounding rural community provides opportunities for long walks and a wide range of outdoor pursuits. The barn has been completely renovated to suit our Service Users, and each of the five bedrooms has an en-suite shower room. There is underfloor heating and the environment has been created with the input of the Service Users, with each of them being mindful of the tastes of their house mates. The cottage has been completely renovated and each of the two bedrooms has an en-suite shower room. Compatability is very important for the management team at Fairmont, and through our extensive assessment process we endeavour to accomodate young people in their home who will live happily together.
