Fired up is a ceramics studio offering employment training services and opportunities to adults with autism and learning disabilities. People who attend Fired Up develop work skills and experience that will support them into work in the future. The tailor made work skills and employment training programme is undertaken through personal development folders with a variety of worksheets and class-led sessions allowing each person to work at their own pace and to their own level. A review process sets outcomes and goals for each individual and these are reviewed annually.
