Type of service: Employment services

This project provides a combination of vocational traning and supported employment for adults with learning disabilities and people living with autism. The team designs and produces a whole host of products including garden, pet products and household furniture. All products are sold to the local community. There is in house training for tasks, tools and machinery are taught on an individual or small group basis. As well as learning the basic woodwork skills, the people supported by this workshop are introduced to transferable skills for the workplace such as health and safety, team working and communication.
