Brent Knoll School is an all age (4-16) special school currently catering for children with a range of special educational needs (SEN) including autism. Learners with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) are taught in mixed groups with children with different needs. The school offers the full National Curriculum and there is an expectation that secondary age children will achieve passes at General Certificate in Secondary Education (GCSE) level. The school is currently seeking specialist SEN school status in communication and interaction. Volunteers may be accepted to work with the pupils. Brent Knoll is a special school for children aged 4-16 years who have social and communication difficulties including autism. Children attending Brent Knoll may also have significant learning difficulties and disabilities. Brent Knoll is a Trust school and is part of the Brent Knoll and Watergate Co-operative Trust.
