Brentwood Centre - autism friendly gym sessions

Autism friendly gym sessions provided by Ben who lives with autism and training to become a fully qualified gym instructor. Ben will be supported by someone who is already qualified. .
The sessions will aimed to show people how to fully utilise the gym and how it can help you to focus your mind and body. Sessions are currently taking place and will run every Saturday until 23 September 2017 with another block of sessions starting on 7th October 2017. .

Aimed at: Adolescent , Adult , Young person
