Bridging the Gap (South East) exists to support adults on the autistic spectrum in everyday life. Once a month they hold an evening social club for members, their families and carers. The aim of this group is to support the whole family. It is a great place for people with ASD to socialise and it provides their families with a couple of hours to relax if they do come along. Some of the things on offer include, snooker, table tennis, Wii console, games, quizzes and lots more. A peer led discussion group also meets once a month. Topics covered are wide and varied and include personal experiences, opinions and interests. These evenings are lively and fun.
