The service provides speech & language therapy communication assessment and interventions for adults with learning disabilities and autism spectrum conditions (ASCs). Assessment is with informal and formal communication assessments and can be part of a wider multi-disciplinary team if required. The service makes home visits and can visit a client's nursery school or college.
