Cafe Academy is a unique training for employment scheme delivered by Inspire, through their social enterprise Cafe Coast. The programme aims to help individuals between 16 and 25 develop the skills and gain relevant qualifications in order to work in the hospitality sector. The 10 week programme combines work experience, class room based training and education to give students an all round experience of the industry, and supports them to find employment.
