Caritas Legal is a law firm which provides families with specialist legal advice where a family member has autism, aspergers,learning disability, dementia,cancer or brain injury to organise: Powers of Attorney Guardianship Applications Wills Advanced Medical Directives. We offer civil legal aid to eligible clients, particularly important where guardianship is required for a child approaching age 16. Evening, weekend and home visits available. Free workshops for charities, individuals and carer groups.
