CASS believe everyone has the natural ability to realise their full potential and pursue what is best for them, we also understand however, that life's many hurdles can often stand in the way of our ability to cope with and navigate these challenges and our emotional wellbeing can suffer as a result.



CASS take a client-centred approach to counselling helping to facilitate our client's own journey of personal growth, reconnecting with their inner values and strengths. Living with autism can result in life's day to day movements and interactions becoming extremely daunting and uncomfortable. CASS understand the impact this can have on a person's emotional wellbeing and ability to engage with the outside world. Specialising in Autism Spectrum Support, together, we aim to uncover methods and strategies to help cope with everyday life.



Raising a child with autism, founding director Kay often felt the system lacked the emotional support desperately needed for those on the spectrum and for their respective caregivers. CASS was set up to provide a network of support Kay herself wished had existed at the time of raising her beautiful daughter.
