A range of treatment interventions can be offered to adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression, or anxiety. Interventions may include social skills awareness sessions, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), anger management, psychoeducation, mindfulness approaches and compassionate focused therapy. Standard treatment interventions are adapted to accommodate the needs of individuals with ASD. Family sessions can be offered. Consultancy or liaison work with health / social care providers is also available. Within a wider multi-disciplinary team (MDT), we are able to provide assessment or diagnostic clarification of ASD, ADHD, and mental health problems.
