The Centre for ADHD & Autism Support provides information, support, training and advice to parents, carers, professionals and individuals affected by a diagnosis of autism or ADHD. We run twice weekly drop in coffee mornings with creche facilities. We run Parenting courses and workshops providing understanding on ADHD/autism as well as strategies to manage behaviours - babysitting is provided. We offer specialist coaching and counselling. There is also a drama therapy group, an adult ADHD group and a young person's film group.
