Disability Awareness Training: Our disability awareness training is available to individuals and organisations who feel unconfident and worried when it comes to disability.

The aim of our disability awareness training is to provide organisations and individuals with the knowledge and confidence to approach and assist disability within the workplace and even in their personal life.

Our course provides you with an understanding of reasonable adjustments, legislation surrounding disability, funding options, appropriate use of language and will also give you an insight as to what barriers disabled people face on a day-to-day basis.

Our trainers have disabilities themselves and so are able to share their first hand experience of living and working with a disability.

We deliver our disability awareness training in-house or via open courses, which are delivered across the United Kingdom (UK).

And for the Disability Mediation: Disability Mediation is when a specialist third party helps people who are in conflict to reach a mutual agreement. Our Mediators are disability specialists with many years of experience in the disability sector.
