The Learning Disability Adult Day Support Service, now called Centre Space, has been modernised with the opening of four newly-renovated community bases. The service provides therapeutic, social, educational and employment opportunities to adults with a learning disability. Ideas about day support services have been changing, from the traditional setting in a single building, to providing more community-based activities. Referral is via Social Work.
