We have worked closely with Daisy Chain to create a bespoke personalised shoe fitting service in store for families affected by autism. Our staff have received extensive training from experts at Daisy Chain and will make children on the autism spectrum as comfortable as possible during their visit to us. We understand that having shoes fitted can be an especially daunting concept and before their appointment they can contact any one of our stores and arrange the following: Provide sensory packs; Dimming of the store lights; Turning off any in-store video screens; and A quieter store time.
