CEPC VOICE is a parent led group which aims to develop opportunities for participation between service professionals and parents and carers in order that the expert view that parents and carers have of the child or young person that they care for is better understood by service commissioners and practitioners and services are improved as a result of that cooperative working. We will make it easy for the Local Authority and the PCT to consult with parents and carers and will work to create relationships and participation opportunities in order for the individual and collective voice to be heard.
