Children's Community Support Team - CCST

Type of service: Assessment, Interventions and therapies

C.C.S.T. provides a service for children who have a learning disability and/or low functioning autism whose behaviour challenges others and prevents them accessing community resources. The team is a behavioural outreach service that works in the young persons home in partnership with the family. Referral's are made via a social worker. The service undertakes sensory and behavioural assessment's. Behavioural Plan's are based on approaches such as Applied Behaviour Analysis and Triple P. Independent expert reports, home visits and visits to a clients nursery, school or college are available.

Age: From age 4 to 18
