Coldwell Villa is a large detached house situated in Colchester which provides accommodation for five service users. Accommodation is offered to adults who all have their own private bedrooms and have access to communal rooms, shared gardens and recreational activities such as swimming pool, sensory areas, and trampolines depending on the property. Coldwell Villa has been designed for a variety of needs and can cater for adults who have more diverse and complex needs who require a higher level of staffing and support, whilst those who have been diagnosed as having Asperger Syndrome are encouraged to lead much more of an independent lifestyle.
