Combs Court comprises of three separate homes, two single apartments with a communal area, and four individual bungalows which provide assessment and support for adults living with a primary learning disability diagnosis but may present complex conditions and mild to moderate challenging behaviours. There is ground floor accommodation and adapted equipment as required by individual needs. Our approach to support: At Combs Court, we offer support over 24 hours, and the people we assist are involved in making decisions about how their service is provided through their support networks. Feedback can also be given by each individual by through meetings and also through Priory Adult Care's “Your Voice” feedback initiative. We provide innovative person centred support programmes in a safe and caring environment, allowing individuals to progress through a care pathway that fulfils each individual's maximum potential to live more independently. A number of people at Combs Court have dedicated 1:1 packages to enable them to undertake specific activities.
