Type of service: Domiciliary services, Respite and short breaks

The service provides an individualised domiciliary care service, working with clients and stakeholders aimed at meeting the specific needs of each person using the service. A full range of personal care, domestic and household services, companionship, community support, social activities, assistance with the activities of daily living and the promotion of independent living are provided. The service accepts self-referrals as well as via referring agencies, individuals of Social Services. Referrals can be made by email or telephone.
