Assessment procedure: 30 minute discussion by team before meeting family, 2 hour session with family to include structured interview, observation and interaction with child, discussion of child, feedback to family to include information - NAS parent pack, relevant information re local services.
Follow up service: Yes, 1 hour follow up clinic to discuss report, answer queries.
Multi-disciplinary assessment: Yes, professions involved: Clinical psychology, psychiatry, paediatrics, speech and language therapy.
