Community Life Choices is a specialist and regulated recruitment service that supports individuals who are looking at managing their own personal budgets. Individuals would therefore need support and guidance in: the recruitment of a PA (Personal Assistant); a payroll service that will support them as an employer if they have already found the PA they want to employ; looking for a managed service that enables the individual to select their PA or bank of PA's but allow Community Life Choices to manage the full service through timesheets each week. Community Life Choices offer a unique managed service as we allow the individual to write their own job description, person specification and select the PA that will suit their specific care requirements, working the full allocated time required Monday through to Sunday. We offer a service Monday to Sunday to ensure all our customers have confidence that we are here at the end of the phone to support them in an emergency cover situation, whilst always having a contingency plan of growing our PA register every week through vigorous recruitment and PR campaigns. We offer a full recruitment package to enable individuals to recruit their own PA. This involves managing the advertising, interviews, DBS Clearances and Employment Contracts whilst keeping the individual involved from the beginning.
