Autism spectrum diagnostic services are provided through the Community Paediatrician and CAMHS within NHS Ayrshire and Arran. The diagnostic process will typically involve imput from a combination of Clinical Psychology, Paediatrics, Speech and Language Therapy, CAMHS, Nursing and Occupational Therapy. There is also substantial liaison with education and social work services. Post assessment and diagnosis follow-up support is provided by individual disciplines as appropriate.
