Concept Training provide in-house training, training at open venues all over the UK and Ireland, and online training packages. In-house programmes can be tailored to suit specific needs and situations. Training programmes are intended for anyone working with or supporting children or adults who have special needs. The training is carried out by suitably qualified practitioners who are not only experts in their field but who can share their knowledge in an inspirational and motivational way. Programmes include: 'An Introduction to Understanding Autistic Spectrum Condition'; Working with Children with Asperger Syndrome'; 'Success with people with autistic spectrum disorder'; 'Positive ways of changing behaviour'; 'Intensive Interaction - connecting with non-verbal adults and children with autism or profound learning disabilities'; 'Sensory differences and the role of positive touch in autism and learning disability'; 'Play for people with autistic spectrum disorder'; 'Music and autistic spectrum disorder'; 'Improving the skills of children with Asperger's syndrome'; 'Supporting children without a specific diagnosis'; and 'Understanding the Multi-sensory Concept'. They also provide a multi-sensory room design and consultancy service.
