Conquest Lodge
Main information
Type of service: Residential services
Conquest Lodge is a community resource providing assessment and support for up to 19 adults living with either a primary learning disability diagnosis and possible complex conditions, or complex mental health support needs. Some individuals also have difficulty with communication or present behaviours that challenge, as well as a range of other conditions such as epilepsy or Down's syndrome. Some of the individuals with mental health issues may self-harm and have complex personality disorders, depression, bipolar disorder or other conditions that they need support with. Our approach to support: The service offers 24/7 specialist residential support and is committed to providing just enough support to empower and encourage individuals to develop the skills they need to live as independently as possible and achieve positive outcomes for all. We are supported by a quality assurance team whose aim is to empower people to take control of their lives, and where possible, work towards a level of independence which fits with their skills, confidence and aspirations.
