Coventry Carers Centre provides information, advice and support to family carers. It provides its services free from both the Centre, based in accessible premises in the City Arcade, and through outreach activity in the community. The services provided include a telephone help line, drop in surgeries, one to one casework and advocacy, home visits, support groups, training, newsletters, and a range of social, leisure and therapeutic activities. As well as generic carer support workers, there are specialist staff for carers of those with mental health needs, young carers, carers of people with learning disabilities and Asian carers.
