The service provides groups for people with Asperger syndrome: an under 13s group, an over 13s group and 2 adult groups. Some sessions are facilitated by a Speech and Language Therapist. There is an open referral process and referrals are be taken from a range of sources including; carers and their families, local Carers groups, The National Autistic Society (NAS), Health professionals and Social Care agencies. The service is free to adults with Asperger syndrome and their families and there is assistance with transport in exceptional circumstances. One to one sessions are also available. Other services include a social club for adults with learning disabilities, and a weekend club and summer playscheme for children with special needs.
