Human Wellbeing Ltd is run by Judith Desbonne, an experienced Human Givens Psychological Therapist, Supervisor and psychiatric nurse with thirty years experience within the mental health services. She has experience of working with adults, children and young people including within the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). The Human Givens approach uses a combination of up-to-date, effective techniques that include brief solution focused approaches, cognitive and behavioural approaches and relaxation techniques. I have undertaken an Open University (OU) module: "Understanding the Autism Spectrum" as well as a Futurelearn course "Understanding Autism" from the University of Kent.
