Consultant Psychiatrist Digby Tantam (BA BM BCh MA MPH PhD FBPSS FBACP FHEA UKCPF) is an emeritus Professor at the University of Sheffield, an Honorary Senior Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Cambridge, and an honorary Consultant Psychiatrist and Psychotherapist in Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS Foundation Trust. Digby Tantum is a Fellow of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, the British Psychological Society, the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy. He has been provided a weekly clinic for people suspected of having an autistic spectrum disorder since 1981. Digby Tantum has given 69 public lectures to conferences in the last 5 years, most about autistic spectrum disorder and has published 160 journal articles.
