Supporting young people and adults with special needs including autism and Asperger syndrome. Provides short, medium and long term accommodation for young people aged eleven to eighteen years who require full-time or part time residential support. Eden Care (Northwest)also offers outreach and home care support to families with young people and adults with learning difficulties and/or autism spectrum disorder. This can include support throughout both day and night and provides opportunities for families to enjoy some respite and time with other family members/friends. Eden Care (Northwest) are able to provide one-to-one support to young people experiencing difficulties in education placements.
