Tier 2 and Tier 3 Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services and Young Adolescent Mental Health Services (YAMHS) . Referrals are accepted from any professional who has concerns about a young person. This includes GPs, social workers, educational psychologists, school mentors, teachers and hospital and community doctors. Referrals can only be made if consent has been sought from the young person or parent / carer. In addition to formal referrals, you can contact the service for anonymous advice and consultation, without receiving the consent from the child / carer.
