A secondary service working with individuals aged 18-65 who have an autism spectrum diagnosis and mental health problems, and also for those who would like to be diagnosed. We do not accept direct referrals and all referrals have to come into a single point of access where they are assessed and sent to the appropriate service. Once someone has been diagnosed, they are offered post diagnostic support from the team's nurses or are referred to other teams.
Follow up service: Post-diagnostic support from autism nurses, or referral to other teams.
