The Dudley Learning Disabilities Network (LDN) is a standalone, voluntary database jointly funded by Health and Social Care. The Register collates information about people with learning disabilities and/or autism within Dudley. Information about the needs and numbers of people with learning disabilities and/or autism is shared with Health and Social Care Commissioners (individual details are not shared only top line needs and numbers). This information is used to benefit people's health and wellbeing by: Informing the planning of services to meet the needs of people with learning disabilities and/or autism; Predict future demand for alternative services and support; Evidence the need to target particular areas of concern or health inequalities; and Provide information for analysis and research.
