Dyers Mews is a lively and social service. Individuals who live here regularly socialise and access the community together as well as separately. Dyers Mews supports individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders who may also have: Learning Disabilities, Mental Health Issues, behaviour which may be described as challenging, to become significantly more independent both at home and in the community. This service has got 6 spacious bedrooms with ensuites and communal space including low arousal and homely living room and dining area, kitchen and garden area. Each individual is involved in writing and implementing their individual person-centred support plan and activity plans as much as possible and as part of supporting individuals to develop their skills and make their own life choices. Daily activities and support includes but is not conclusive to supporting individuals to complete domestic and daily living skills, leisure and social activities, budgeting, social development, behaviour and therapeutic support to reduce stress, anxiety and challenging behaviour. Each individual is supported with a core staff team in relation to individual need to provide maximum opportunity for independent and social skill development and to get involved in activities that they enjoy.
